View My Listings | Hello, we are Joe and Judi Holland, we are proud to be a part of the Spokane Real Estate market. We were both raised on the north side and had our first jobs on the north side. During our 40 years of marriage, we have lived in Spokane except for military time and a couple of short ventures. We raised our 3 son's here and are now grandparents to their 4 children.
During our kids school years, Judi drove bus and also in 1981 started "Specialty Cakes by Judi" baking and decorating wedding cakes, which kept her busy making that perfect cake for the new brides. Judi "burnt" herself out baking cakes but still wanted to help and do things for others. She entered into Real Estate about 4 years ago and her business is doing very well. The early years of our marriage, I was a construction carpenter, and then went to work for a builder remodeling homes and building new homes. I had to move around the area and with our family growing it was difficult to do so I went to night school. I took accounting and computer programming and worked in the computer field in town for about 12 years and had a Weblos den and assisted with the Boy Scouts for what seemed to be years and years (actually it was). I changed jobs when our last son moved out and went into manufactured home sales for over 14 years. I enjoy helping people with their dream of having land and home and the next step for me was to obtain my Real Estate license and team up with my wife. Now we help our clients together and if one of us is busy the other one can step in and the job gets done without skipping a beat.
