After a near decade working in the advertising industry at the international level - I know what it takes to dissect the consumer segments and how to target market them. This embodies so much from outlining what the next 5-10 years holds for their life plans, if they buy this home what kind of money are they going to pour into it and can the neighborhood hold that value, should they lose their jobs and had to sell within a year would they be in trouble with the bank?
