Hello, my name is Jeaninne Dawson and I am proud to be an Eastern Washington Native. Having been raised in the small community of Wilbur, Washington prior to our family relocating to Spokane, proved an asset for helping to establish good family values, a stong work ethic and an appreciation for all amenities our area has to offer. Because of our climate and the abundance of recreational opportunities, I find myself enjoying weekends that include gardening, camping, and mountain bike riding. ALthough I enjoy each hobbie, baking and cooking top my list. Additionally, I find time each evening to walk with my dog and special friend, Buster Brown.
With my father building his career as a Spokane attorney, and me being a graduate of Central Valley High School and Eastern Washington University, my roots extend deeply into our Spokane community.
As for my business background, I have always enjoyed interacting with people, being a hands-on-type person, and having an acute interest in Real Estate. Starting my career working in a physicians office and finding myself laughing and interacting with all our patients allowed me to use my personality as it was intended. Later, I found myself moving into management as a landscape manager and taking a much more hands-on approach to my work. All the while, moving closer in the pursuit of my own desire, a career in Real Estate.
Finally in 1998, I began working for a residential land developer and started learning all aspects involved with the trade. The more I learned, the more I realized that Real Estate was destined to become my chosen career path. This past year, I have since become a licensed Realtor in Washington State, and have begun building my own business career. It is this professionalism, knowledge, and desire for the Real Estate industry that I can personally offer you.
