Hello, I am Chic Carson and proud to be called an "almost Spokane native." For my entire adult life I have resided in our esteemed community, while raising six wonderful sons. In all honesty, I have enjoyed all that Spokane offers, spending much of my time as a regular subscriber to the Spokane Symphony and taking advantage of other fine arts opportunities.
My other passion in some small way connects me to Mother Earth. I am an avid reader of gardening magazines and books, and one day hope to enjoy practicing what I read. Additionally, I work as the office representative for our Windermere Foundation. Of all the things I do, I believe I find the most personal reward in this wonderful connection. Our Foundation operates to support those families who find themselves in need within our community. If it were not for Windermere's leadership and that of our own Johnson office, I would never have realized such personal fulfillment.
As for business, I have been a active Realtor since 1979. In that time, I have acquired much knowledge and have earned three major Real Estate designations. First the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) which is the highest designation for helping sellers and which ony 4% of the nation's Realtors hold. Second, the ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) for giving the utmost guidance to all my "Buyer" clients. And finally, the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), which provides superior Real Estate education.
